As India accelerates efforts to shape a responsible and innovation-friendly AI ecosystem, a working paper released last week by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade ****(DPIIT) proposes a licensing framework “One Nation One Licence One Payment” for the use of copyrighted works.
