🚨 Startup Policy Forum has signed an MoU with the UAE-India CEPA Council , represented by

Ahmed Aljneibi, to further strengthen the policy and innovation corridor between India and the UAE as envisaged in the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the two economies.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to UAE last week set a powerful tone for what the bilateral partnership can achieve when political will meets economic ambition.

CEPA has created the foundation for UAE capital to flow more freely into Indian companies, and for Indian founders to consider the UAE as a genuine second home market.

It is in that spirit that the Startup Policy Forum is proud to deepen its institutional footprint in this relationship.

Our partnership aims to deepen cross-border engagement between our startup ecosystems and create structured platforms for founders, investors, and policymakers across both nations.

As part of the partnership, SPF will collaborate with the Council on the second edition of the UAE-India Startup Series as well as the UAE edition of SPF’s flagship program Startup Safari.

The MoU was signed during the fourth anniversary of the CEPA Council’s Open Majlis, that took place in partnership with UAE - India Business Council UAE Chapter, attended by Minister Jitin Prasada

and Ambassador Abdulnasser Alshaali, PhD.
