By connecting ecosystems and stakeholders seamlessly, we aim to support India as an attractive investment destination – and build bridges for global companies to scale in India, and for Indian companies to scale beyond borders.

About New Economy Collective

The New Economy Collective (NEC) was born from a simple observation: the India story has moved to the centre of the global conversation.

Over the past year, as we built and scaled the Startup Policy Forum one common thread emerged across every conversation with founders, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders – a deep, growing fascination with what India is becoming.

While the world is converging on India for its innovation and opportunity, Indian startups are simultaneously scaling new frontiers abroad. This two-way movement – global to India, and India to the world – is exactly what NEC exists to support.

NEC is a strategic platform built in synergy with the Startup Policy Forum, designed to deepen engagement between global stakeholders and India's public policy and startup ecosystem.

Together, we form a powerful continuum: the Forum shaping India's startup policy narrative, and the Collective paving global pathways for market access and partnership.

A strategic platform to institutionalise something we've always believed in: India as both a launchpad and a landing ground for global innovation.

Our Vision

India isn't just a market to enter.
It's a place to build from.

We want India to be the most connected node in the global innovation network. A place where Indian innovators find global scale, and where global companies find their most meaningful partnerships.

Our Mission

To connect ecosystems and stakeholders seamlessly – supporting India as an attractive investment destination, enabling global companies to grow meaningfully in India, and empowering Indian companies to scale confidently beyond borders.

We do this by simplifying policy corridors, enabling the right partnerships, and making India's innovation ecosystem more accessible – in both directions.
